FBRI/PLT Pilot Evaluation Form

Upon completion of teaching a lesson/s with students, we invite middle school, high school and post secondary teachers to fill out the evaluation form and return to Maine Project Learning Tree,

The formative evaluation of the Forest Bioproducts Research Initiative (FBRI) and Project Learning Tree (PLT) Supplements were reviewed by content experts, curriculum specialists, and classroom teachers.  Teachers’ pilot tested the activities to assure ease of use, connection to the classroom curriculum, and student response.

We ask that you read the PILOT TEST evaluation form before teaching the lesson you have chosen to pilot. There are pre-pilot questions on the form which we ask you to fill out prior to pilot testing the lesson/s. When classroom instruction is complete, please answer the post pilot questions.
